These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nightzero.in and the purchase of passes for Night Zero events. The Site is operated by Kira Intrilogy, a sole proprietorship of Komal Sonara (the “Proprietor”), registered office at 7/B, RamNagar Society, Near Old Railway Crossing, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380008, GSTIN 24ARRPP2147D2ZR (“Company”, “we”, “us”), acting as the authorised ticketing partner and payment collection agent for the event organiser. Night Zero is an event brand operated by the Company; the Company sells and fulfils passes, while the event itself is delivered by the organiser. As the Company is a sole proprietorship, the Proprietor is the contracting party under these Terms. By creating an account, booking a pass, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or booking on behalf of an eligible attendee with guardian consent, and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to purchase passes. You must provide a valid mobile number for OTP verification; one account may be used to book passes subject to the per-user pass limit shown at checkout.

2. Booking & payment

• All prices are quoted in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is provisional until payment is successfully captured; unpaid bookings are automatically released after a short hold window and inventory is returned to sale.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.
• You are responsible for entering accurate attendee names at the time of booking; passes are issued in the names provided and cannot be edited after QR generation.
• Promo codes are subject to their own eligibility conditions, validity windows, and usage limits.

3. Passes & entry

• Each pass is valid only for the event, date(s), and attendee named on it, and is non-transferable once the entry QR code has been generated and issued.
• Entry QR codes are generated and delivered via WhatsApp/email approximately 1 day before the event.
• You must carry a valid government-issued photo ID matching the attendee name for verification at entry. Entry may be refused if the ID does not match or the QR code is invalid, already used, or tampered with.
• Right of admission is reserved. The Company/venue may refuse or revoke entry for reasons including intoxication, prohibited items, disruptive behaviour, or breach of these Terms, without any refund.
• Duplication, resale, or unauthorised transfer of passes is strictly prohibited and may void the pass.

4. Code of conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers, and fellow guests. Prohibited items include (without limitation) outside food/beverage, alcohol, weapons, illegal substances, and professional recording equipment, unless explicitly permitted by venue rules communicated separately. The Company reserves the right to remove any attendee violating these rules without compensation.

5. Event changes & cancellation by organiser

We may reschedule, relocate, or modify event line-up, timings, or venue due to circumstances including but not limited to weather, government orders, force majeure, or venue availability. If the Company cancels the event outright, the Refund Policy governs any refund due. We are not liable for incidental costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) arising from event changes or cancellation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of personal belongings at the venue.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Night Zero name, logo, photographs, and design — is owned by or licensed to the Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number on this page; if the change materially affects an existing booking, we will ask you to re-accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
